Orange wrap with a gunmetal engine bay detail ?

Shush you. Don't spoil it :nono:

i'm actually a bit anoyed that the secret (for some) is out... Can't wait to see it! I may even jump in the car and come and see it in the flesh :drive1

You've only seen a sneak peek. The whole car is something else... But you're always welcome mate if you want to have a gander and you're not st Niss Day.

can wait to see this m8

Can or can't wait? I really can't wait! I'm like a kid before Christmas ATM. I saw some colour pics tonight of the progress so far. All body panels, boot, bonnet etc are done. He's just gotta do bumpers, skirts and mirrors etc now. It looks fantastic. But that's IMO obviously... So so happy with my colour choice :teeth:

About time for another B&W teaser :teeth:

I really like this pic as I finally got to stick on my DIY 'Z' badge tonight. And while the boot was stripped out, it seemed rude not to carry out the wiper delete. :)

Massive thanks must go to Mopedmark for helping sort some of the bodywork niggles that a car of 12 year vintage and 105k+ miles picks up over time. Cheers mate :notworthy:

Plenty more pictures of the wrap and the wrapping process can be found in 'the other' thread here: http://www.350z-uk.c...ore-pics-added/

And with the remaining shows this year, I'm sure there'll be plenty more pics to follow. :teeth:

Realised I'd not posted any pics after the wrap. So here's a quick snapshot of 2016 post vinyl

I simply just had to paint the grey/body coloured areas under the bonnet (such as fire wall and strut mounts) gloss black as they really stood out following the wrap.

It's a fair comment Nancy and I dare say some will agree with you. I did always want the bay to be a contrast and this was a factor when selecting the wrap.

The wrap itself does shift in colour depending on light conditions and part of that colour shift is a bronze almost gold colour, which does tie in with the bay (honest). :teeth:

Well, I still like it anyway :p
